As a young athlete and competitor, I discovered the importance of injury management through chiropractic treatment and manual therapies. In conjunction with managing my inflammatory arthritic condition, chiropractic care has been an immensely positive influence in my life. This led me to a developed appreciation for the chiropractic profession and for what it has to offer. The result of this has led to life-long learning of the human body and how to optimize health. With a person-centred approach, I aim to provide individuals with evidence-informed, personalized care that can help improve their overall quality of life.
I was raised in Northwest Calgary and am an active member of the community. My studies began at Lakeland College where I was on a sports scholarship being an integral part of the men’s soccer team. I continued my studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta before completing my Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
I am motivated to forge lasting relationships that emphasize overall wellness and encourage people to take a proactive approach when it comes to their health. With personal experience in combination with my knowledge of various treatment techniques, I am able to provide customized care that will help patients achieve their goals.
During my free time, I enjoy participating in competitive men’s soccer along with running and cycling. A personal highlight is the completion of the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. In addition, I enjoy volunteering with various organizations in the city. When not in the clinic, you can find me in the mountains camping, hiking, skiing or spending time with my family, and friends or travelling.
