Due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act, we are unable to access your personal information from your insurance company, including details about your plan. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the parameters of your coverage, such as annual maximums, frequencies, renewal dates, and any other limitations before your first visit, in order to avoid any unexpected costs associated with your treatment.
Northern Hills Chiropractic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or change to your appointment. Your health provider has reserved this time specifically for you — we do not double book our clients in order to offer you the best care and attention during your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, that are out of your control. If a last-minute change needs to be made to your appointment, please contact the office immediately. A short-notice cancellation fee may apply, and your future appointments may require prepayment in order to reserve your next appointment time.
